Gang Releated Punishment Process
Penalizations
Each gang leader is required to make sure their gang members are following all rules.
If more than one person in the same gang breaks any rules, it will result in a strike.
If any member of your gang gets three or more strikes for breaking rules while in the gang, the gang will get a strike, and the person will be removed from the gang. .
Gang leaders will get notified after the second strike so they’re aware this person is causing issues.
After 1 strike - a warning will be given to all members stating the reasoning and how they can avoid the situation that caused them a warning strike.
After 2 strikes - another warning will be issued for the gang, punishments could include temporary suspension of involved members.
After 3 strikes - your gang will be placed on suspension.
After 4 strikes - your gang will risk being disbanded.
The Gang Leader(s) should only be recruiting trustworthy people, they are YOUR responsibility to "police" and ensure compliance with the rules, not ours.
